Processing Time, Return and Exchanges

Please allow at least 5-7 business days for processing times for most items. Some items may take longer if it needs to be ordered and not in stock.

Refunds/exchanges

Worthy Girl Customs does not accept refunds, exchanges only. Exchanges will only be accepted within 30 days from the original purchase date. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs at their own expense. 

Exchanges will only be accepted once the item is received back to Worthy Girl Customs and reviewed to determine if it meets policy requirements. Items must still have original tags attached, it must be unworn, unwashed, clean and free of any pet hair. Once accepted, store credit will be given within 2 business days. You must then place a new order with your store credit. Worthy Girl Customs will not hold any items or guarantee the color/size/style will be in stock. 

Shipping 

U.S.P.S is the carrier used for shipping. You will receive an email with tracking information. Once a label is created, orders will be brought to the U.S.P.S for delivery within 2 days. 

Please note, if you choose to have your order expedited for quicker shipping, this does not speed up processing time, only shipping and Worthy Girl Customs does not have any control over this process. If your order is lost, stolen or damaged due to shipping, you must file a claim with the U.S.P.S. Find the form here.
